5th Panhellenic Join Conference on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders

Aim of the Conference : |
To achieve that, the Conference will host a number of sessions each one covering a distinct thematic area, giving thus the opportunity to both experts and interested attendees to focus on particular aspects related to the disease. To coordinate the attendance of the conference we kindly request from the interested audience to indicate the sessions they wish to attend by sending an email to the Conference secretariat at alzheimer@the.forthnet.gr

* 24/7 caretaking units for Alzheimer's disease sufferers

Tutorial :
The main conference will host a limited number of tutorials. Those interested in organizing a tutorial are kindly requested to fill out the following form and return it by email to the conference secretariat at alzheimer@the.forthnet.gr no latter than December 15th 2006.

Conference Award :
The Board of Directors of the Greek Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association will award the best research initiative of the last 2 years with the amount of 30.000 Euros. Research proposals considered for the award should be submitted via e-mail to the conference secretariat alzheimer@the.forthnet.gr before January 30, 2007. Candidate proposals should be no longer than 4 single space A4 pages, including references, and they should describe innovative ongoing activities that aim at improving the quality of life of people suffering from the Alzheimer's disease.
Members of the following association will evaluate the submitted proposals and award the best.
